This wood-fired boiler stands as a symbol of our journey—one of resilience and growth. In the wake of the devastating loss of our original sugarhouse in 2013, built by one of our owners, Jim, in 1992, we emerged stronger. Witnessing the destruction of history, memories, and hard work was indeed heart-wrenching. Yet, from those ashes, we rose, fueled by the unwavering support of our community.
The billowing steam from our boilers serves as a testament to our ongoing commitment to crafting quality maple products. On clear days, these plumes are visible from miles around, a reminder of the passion and dedication poured into each batch. Amidst the steam wafts the inviting aroma of our offerings, including the delectable Creamy Maple Peanut Butter and the tantalizing Maple Sriracha Dijon Mustard along a variety of barbeque sauces.
As we look back on our journey, we’re deeply thankful for the steadfast support of our patrons. It’s their encouragement and loyalty that have propelled us forward, enabling us to not only overcome adversity but also to flourish and expand.
