In January 2020, just before my final semester at the University of Vermont, our nut butter journey began. When a local store discontinued my father’s beloved nut butter, I took it upon myself, fueled by my passion for cooking, to recreate it. Despite his initial doubts, one taste was all it took for him to declare it his new favorite. As fate would have it, my post-graduate job offer fell through, leading us to officially establish Mixed Up Nut Butter in May.
