Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Enosburg Falls, Vermont, our family-run farm offers a serene vista of the Missisquoi River and the majestic Jay Peak. Named after the historic Old Boston Post Stagecoach road that traverses our property, Boston Post Dairy has been a labor of love for the Gervais family since 2007. Founded and operated by Robert and Gisele Gervais, along with their three daughters Anne, Theresa, and Susan, our farm has been a hub of agricultural activity since 1962, when the Gervais family first began their farming journey.
Over the years, Boston Post Dairy has evolved into more than just a farm; it’s a thriving cheese-making destination and a cherished community fixture. In 2007, Robert and Gisele, along with their daughters, expanded the farm to include a cheese-making facility and a quaint retail store. Here, visitors can sample and purchase a variety of artisanal cheeses, goat milk soaps, maple syrup, and bakery items—all lovingly crafted on-site. The addition of viewing windows in the cheese room allows guests to witness the cheese-making process firsthand, while warm summer days offer the perfect opportunity to mingle with our friendly goats and chickens.
At Boston Post Dairy, we take pride in our deep-rooted connection to the land and our dedication to sustainable farming practices. With each generation, our commitment to quality and authenticity grows stronger, ensuring that our farm remains a beacon of community, craftsmanship, and agricultural excellence for years to come.
